So its been a lil while as you all can see by the date stamp, but we had a huge influx of client jobs and those are finally getting caught up and tapering off.
soon you will be seeing the new designs for the 1911 grips up on the site, they are visible at our Instagram. we are getting the Pierson pallet systems worked out and put together doe ambi safety deletes, mag releases, trigger shoes, and hopefully folding charging handles for CZ scorpions, but they have been slow going. red dot sight bases for Trijicon , Burris, and most other common name brand red dots are available at this time as custom orders. we don't have them on the sight but they are coming up soon. if there are ay questions go ahead and reach out to us via contact information's page!

As of the end of February, I am working on re-working our entire product library to be simplified with out most popular items and weeding out the less desired products to simplify my production lines and make things around the shop more streamline. along side the working part time with a local composites company on some projects and jobs, time has be cut down that I get to spend in the shop.
All that being said I am catching up on back logged work from clients at night after my work there and getting some interesting designs worked up that have a good possibility to be successful products. One major thing I'm working on right now is getting a reliable and secure way to take in preorders on new products and keep things organized. so that folks can submit orders and keep in order. I am finally getting to the point that I can start integrating my Pearson mini pallet system into the machine for production of products on the side of my large 8 inch vice I use for most of my one off jobs, custom work and prototyping. I am also looking to get the reference materials page back up and filled with info for clients and getting the YouTube channel up with regular posts and 2020 was a year of craziness and instability for everyone. luckily we made it thru mostly unskaved, and are starting slowly climb out somewhat in the early part of 2021. what can be expected in the future is still not completely clear, but we will be trying to keep folks updated as best possible. we are in the works of getting a YouTube channel up and functioning with machine shop content and design/engineering content as well. in the next year our time is being split between several projects including revamping product lines, and relaunching ones that we have been selling for a few years. Anna and myself will hopefully be on our way to starting Cothrun Farms a locally based supplier of garden plant starts, weekly and monthly baskets, and seed kits for flowers and garden vegetables. also we will be launching a set of products in the next year focused on gardening, hydroponics/aquaponics/permaculture. I am gonna be doing a lot of updating to the website, so if any mistakes are made please feel free to comment, I'm doing this mostly by myself and any input and extra eyes are greatly appreciated. also I will be adding a lot more to and bringing back the reference materials page. one last thing, we are working on getting patreon up and actually going, i have had the account for 3 years and never used it. any additional help from this will help in the creation of YouTube content, new projects, producing free to the public reference materials and hopefully other product developments. Thanks to Everyone who has helped us out and brought us work for the last few years, its very much appreciated, please feel free to reach out to us with any questions and comments!!! |
